Title: New South Park Episode about Crips & Bloods, LOL

The episode is called "Krazy Kripples" and its about 2 Handicap kids named Jimmy & Timmy. They want to start their own club called the Crips because they are both crippled but of course there is already a "Club" called the Crips so they go & check them out, lol.
