i hope so but it all depends on it another team gives him a 2 year deal after this season.  he's playing like a starter  (has a .300 average and is outplaying Soriano and Beltran)


he's clearly in his end years but since he strength was never power hitting he can still do what he does best in his 40s...hit.  oh, and Beltran sucks.  I've been wrong on him.  Thought he'd be great with the Yankees.  So far he's shit.

I would put my money on no, but with his level of conditioning/work ethic it's not out of the question.

Depends on whether or not he'd be willing to sign with a lesser team like the Phillies.
