Injuries with pitchers are always scary, elbow isn't nearly as big a red flag as shoulder though.

Unless he ends up getting Tommy John surgery of course, but this one obviously isn't as serious.

Yankees need some sort of pitching miracle to stay in the playoff race if Tanaka misses anything more than 3 starts.
sure sucks right now...guess i gotta change my sig again smh.
12-4 with a 2.51 ERA is pretty much the best you could ask for at the half way point though, Tanaka is living up to the contract and then some

Yankees GM Brian Cashman says Masahiro Tanaka has a small tear in his UCL. Will have PRP injection. Yankees hope he's back in six weeks.
