i was just checkin the artist page at http://www.doggystylerecords.com/site/index.html and they replaced kokanes pic with delano........mr kanes name is still on the side but his pic is gone........i guess maybee he ain't on dogghouse no more

Strange.. I checked that site yesterday, and Kokane was under the "artist"-section then, so they must have changed it recently..
People deserting Doggystyle like Iraq soldiers..
And to be honest, the lineup is wack.. only Snoop, Soopa & E-White left.. ::)

thank god...hopefully he's done ruining albums(the last meal) and destroying tracks(numerous tracks on deuces and trays and doggystyle allstars)....really though i dont see doggystyle records being around much longer...kinda sad

i usually agree with you homie, but on this you gotta be kidding me, no doubt she has an awesome vioce and if she was born 20 years earlier she probably would but i don't see her vioce blowing up these days.....and who is gonna buy an r&b girl under the name snoop dogg presents i just don't see it

Doggystyle is much better off with less artists. I think Snoop really needs to seperate his friends from the artists on his label. With less artists, Doggystyle can concentrate more on certain people and get them more exposure instead of people being like Oh thats Snoop and all his associates. Its cool that Snoop rolls with so many people but he really needs to focus on like 3 or 4 artists to make his label blow up. I hope they come With Latoiya, Soopafly and E White. Soopafly and E White are much doper than say Beanie Sigel and Memph Bleek and look how JayZ blew them up.

she will man, but u got to understand that it will be for a different audience you know ...it will be more for the people that listen to Angie Stone,Raphael Saadiq and shit like that, so if u dont like R&B music u might not like this but with good promotion and a great single it should do well ....and I doubt it will be a "Snoop Dogg presents.." release

like i said some weeks ago, Some of the artists from Doggystyle is going to drop an indy album on DPG to create som buzz around them.. MCA is slow putting out albums so Snoop gotta concetrate on those who can blow up, and right now they consider Tha Pound, Delano & LaTOiya Williams to be those. But all the artists is still signed to Doggystyle, Daz and Snoop is just working together. Oh yeah, kronik at dpgrecordz confirmed this..

I never liked the idea of him being on that label anyways (Although Im gonna be pissed if "Dr Jekyll And Mr Kane" Never gets realesed). I just hope he hooks up with either his roots (ATL) or does that "Toe Jam" thing he was talkin about. Fuck rap, I want some millenium Funkadelic shit. Kokane could be the next George Clinton.

He's almost exactly LIKE George Clinton,only difference is his voice isn't as old and throaty. ;D
