Sonny Gray with a complete game and a shut out when his team NEEDED it.  great job keeping Cano out of the playoffs bro  8)

The M's didn't deserve it with how we played as a whole in September, it was just too little too late. The problem is, neither did Oakland, what a shit show they were after the trade deadline, they fell flat the fuck on their faces but we didn't do enough to take advantage of it.

Yeah, but letting Cespedes go turned out to be a horrible move, at least to this point. Obviously isn't the only reason they've struggled so much but it sure hasn't helped. I thought it was fine at the time but in retrospect why would trade your cleanup hitter when you have the best record in baseball?
