Haven't heard the album yet so I can't comment...
...but I will say this can only be good for Eminem fans. Having another rapper challenge him like this will only make Eminem better.

His popularity is pretty much based on shock value type shit anyways so this doesn't surprise me. Just funny that he took it down so quickly.

He really had only one good song. I saw that video where he eats the tarantula and I was thinking that maybe these young kids were coming around, and that there might be some resurgence of great hip-hop, maybe some kind of movement....
but sadly that ended up being his only good track and they incorporated hip-hop's first homo into their squad and the rest is history.

tyler been making noise OUTSIDE of his music. hosts a huge carnival every year, has his own store and clothing line that fucking sell out instantly, has his own tv show, sells out albums and hes only 23! you know hes getting paid and because of his i dont give a fuck attitude, he probably wont give a fuck if hes forgotten in 5 years cuz hes done what hes always dreamed of and has done more than most by the age of 23. new eminem is ass, i wish he was still on drugs, ive been listening to his first 2 albums constantly, i miss that old eminem.

He's a dope producer who doesn't rely on sampling. He will definitely be around in 5 or even 10 years but maybe not as a rapper.
