The full album of Fat Joe's - Jealous Ones Envy is on Youtube , it's his best album for sure . He was dope back then and then he went pop and fell off like a brick , he started getting really wack with his newer shit . He is one of those sellout type rappers like kinda like Snoop and Cube . They went hollywood and pop .

fat joes had a couple good songs i liked
but i never really been a fan of him he still lives in the shadow of big pun

Been slapping fat joe extra tough this year. Especially the dj premier, d.I.t.c crew produced tracks. Free again with 50 cent is a song that I played the most this year. I think no other rapper has progressed more in the last 20 years

It's funny listening to shit like his verse on "The Enemy" and remembering that he actually he used to rip songs.

...I heard his old stuff and it was less than impressive. It's not like it was some underground/hard core street shit that was too cutting edge for the mainstream. It was just some very basic bars and metaphors that nearly any rapper could do. It was smart of him to at least put some fine bitches like Ashanti on some hooks and get some money at the end of the day. He's a smart business man and seems like a cool dude in real life, so I'm not hating on the dude, just not a fan of his music.

I'm not a fan of his either , i'm just a fan of hip hop . I never liked fat joe's music or style or him as a person period . But when i listen to that album it caught my ear that's all i was saying .
