Exclusive: DJ Quik “The Midnight Life” Interview & Album Release Party Footage

Late last year DubCNN.com brought you the world exclusive news of then then upcoming new album from DJ Quik!

His new LP “The Midnight Life” – his first since 2011’s “The Book of David” – was released on October 14th and on that same day DJ Quik hosted an album release party at the EchoPlex and DubCNN.com was in the building to capture exclusive footage, an interview and much more! We have the full video and a gallery of images from the event right here!

Hah, yeah I realized after writing my post that the video was there.

Great video, by the way. Quik is such a random dude who loves dropping bits of knowledge about his life. Dope to hear him talk about how he was a leader and an educator during his time in jail. Quik is a boss.
