Kendrick Lamar extends his hand out to Montreal rapper/producer/poet/singer/entrepreneur Jonathan Emile on "Heaven Help Dem," a tribute to the recent victims who died at the hands of corrupt police in the Police State of America, including Mike Brown, Eric Garner, Amadou Diallo, Sean Bell, Trayvon Martin, Freddy Villanueva and many others.
