And I was really looking forward to seeing Kiko play with Rex's defense alongside Preston.

Buffalo does it again, they trade away their best young player and defensive captain for a running back that can only contribute so much, for so long. 10 bucks says Philly ends up getting Spiller too in free agency.

You could say, phillly does it again with stupid decisions.  I can see why buffalo was ok with it.  Ball control running vs NE.  Keep Brady off the field.

I hope I'm wrong but Buffalo has a 3rddown conversion problem and Shady isnt a 3rd down converter.

This was a positive trade for Philly. Buffalo got screwed. A running back is not worth it anymore in the NFL. Defenses are too fast and respond to quickly to stop the run. Even great O-Lines can't make a great running back.

I think it works for both sides.

Rex needs all the offense he can get, Philly is looking to beef up the defense & trust Chip Kelly can just pick & plug players for his system.

Cassel is a good pick up. I'd could see Julius Thomas coming too. Wes Welker too

1-Julius Thomas is a Peyton product.  He's also all about the money.


2-Welker is probably going to retire at this point

Yeah, Julius would be average without Manning. Just like Emmanuel Sanders.

I think Sanders was very good at Pit, but had a couple guys better than him taking up room. And Julius is a great finesse guy that could work well on a team thats not already too soft.
