The major difference is that the black side of him is in a black hip hop culture that routine use the word nigga in an acceptable way with eachother, where as no jewish culture in the world in any artistic genre or culture call each other kikes in an acceptable manner.
If Drake were full Jewish instead of half, he would never use the word nigga if he were a rapper, but he'd also never use the word kike.
And if he did decide to start it as a trend I'd wager that the Jewish heads of the entertainment world would put a quick end to it.
