uge Knight did the right thing by roaring back into a parking lot where he ran over 2 men, and even if one died, it was understandable ... this according to Suge's fiancee.
The woman -- who asked us not to use her name -- tells us, "It's clear as day from the video Suge was in harm's way and I am thankful he was able to get out of the way."
She says Suge is adamant ... he was ambushed when he entered the Tam's Burgers parking lot. His fiancee says the "aggressors" were waiting for 12 minutes prior to Suge's arrival.
As for the critical part of the video -- after Suge hit Bone with the side view mirror -- the fiancee says the reason Suge didn't just proceed forward down the street was because he couldn't back up far enough. A group of guys were blocking his path and they were trying to get him.
The fiancee also tells us Suge believes Terry Carter -- the man who died -- was in on the ambush. Suge told her, as Bone was attacking Suge, Terry was screaming that he could shoot Suge.

Honestly, that was the same thing I was thinking.
I've been in situationS like that before. I'm not just taking his side because he's Suge and all that blah blah blah or my username. But I definitely see what she's talking about. I came to the exact same conclusion the day I first heard the story.
If you've never dealt with wolves or ever been one yourself (which isn't mutually exclusive) then you shouldn't just jump to a conclusion or opinion.
I knew something wasn't right the second I heard it. Especially considering he's that old and was already dealing with some bullshit
-
I PROLLY WOULDA DONE THE SAME.......BUT SUGES RAP SHEET DOESNT REALLY BODE WELL FOR HIM
-
That's what I fear and I'm sure he feels the same way (which is completely understandable).
The whole idea of Suge being this big bad boogeyman is just abuncha weirdos who were already scared of dude and never even met him

Truthfully it's not hard to tell. But I know Showbiz Iz Showbiz and u gotta sell it baby

suges getting pretty old too. i bet back in the death row days when the money and power were at a high he wasnt so soft spoken and friendly

suge knight is a gimmick now ur seeing the real suge
but suge had to be "hard" being in the time period death row was in

Exactly. I'm not saying dude is a Saint, I wouldn't say that about anybody I don't know in & out. But I've always found it hard to believe that someone who's done some REAL time in the system and has been around some REAL money and still managed to remain somewhat relevant even after all the bs (regardless of what for) wouldn't operate in that type of manner.
Suge would have to be clinically proven insane to act in a vicious malicious way like that for no reason whatsoever, that's ridiculous.
MOST normal people would react in a similar fashion. I mean you're surrounded by abuncha REAL Gangsters who are strapped up pulling moves on some random shit, I mean only makes sense. And truthfully I doubt he actually tried to kill anybody, let alone get into some bullshit on purpose. It doesn't work that way
I caught a DWI less than 48 hours after I got my Class A CDL. I was rear ended by some Asian Immigrants (no lie) driving at night with no light on speeding down the road. I hadn't even been home 6 months. I was actually on my way home with the homegirl from Barry Farms.
You really think I was out lookin for trouble? I was barely drinking, the shit just smelled strong becuz I had just took a sip minutes before.
Come to find out in Court the lady flew out the window and landed "hundreds" of feet opposite side of the road. The accident wasn't my fault and nor was I pissy drunk. I don't even drive zooted outta my mind. Did it once when I was 20 and never again
Sometimes shit happens that you can't control

Me too @ the bolded. People act like Suge is just a beast. Once you get past his past which was partially entertainment then you should be able to see what's going on here. If you hate him and believe the image that the media sells you then you assume the worse.
-
Hell yeah. You see alotta these so called Hip Hop Message Board Moderators talking about how Suge is guilty and down for the count.
You can tell that they've obviously never even been in real life situations like that or let alone knew somebody that has and they're being completely hypothetical to the matter. Shit's actually pretty sickening and disturbing watching them pray for somebody else's downfall and they don't even know them OR the muthafuckin law.
Dude's online jerkin they dick and squeezin they balls to Pornos made 12 years ago. Little boys trapped in Grown Men's bodies. Even if they have grown man money they still broke

are you saying Roccy is like Suge?
...and what the fuck was Suge doing there? Those guys were doing their fucking jobs as security guards their job was to keep people like Suge Knight away. Suge is the instigator. I love Suge and always defend him on here, but the one instance I never defend him on is the way he has dealt with Dr. Dre since the All Eyez On Me album... first, being stupid enough to step on Dre's toes and run him off of Death Row, and then spending the next couple decades trying to bully Dre

Obviously Suge didn't have to be there, but it's a well-known burger joint in Compton, where he very well could've been at any other day. If this had happened at VIP Records in Long Beach, that would have been a different story. But the footage shows he pulled up in his truck and was fairly distanced from everyone, not necessarily running up on them by either pulling up right in front of them or jumping out of the truck and getting in their faces. Bone clearly walks straight up to the truck in an aggressive manner AND he ended up having a gun (or, if it wasn't a gun, something that Bone obviously didn't want to have in his possession when the authorities show up). Those are strong points that help out Suge, regardless of why he was there. Neither Suge nor Bone are like to detail whatever conversation they had before Suge threw the truck in reverse, but the footage doesn't lie.
But like I said in the other thread, Suge steamrolling the other guy is a little harder to get out of, but it's not impossible. Again, no one is likely to testify, but a lawyer could argue that the way the guy moved into that particular spot where he got run over looked like the guy was trying to stand there and trap Suge (obviously assuming that Suge wouldn't run him over). It's not like the guy just happened to be walking by, he moved there deliberately. Remember the situation in New York where the Asian family in the black Range Rover ran over the biker who ran up on them? Same thing. Add to that the fact that Suge has been shot on three occasions, and a really, really good lawyer can get his sentence reduced to time served, especially if he points out Bone's past. Obviously it's no secret that Suge is from the hood, but aside from red clothes and an MOB ring, there isn't a lot on record of him claiming anything. Bone made a fucking documentary about it (remember Bastards of the Party from HBO?) and admits claiming Athens Park and BPS Jungles? Plus he's not even from Compton, so the attorney can question what business Bone had being there. And it likely wasn't for the burgers.

im sure they going to look at all this :D
October 1987. A busy month for a burgeoning businessman. Knight was arrested for domestic violence, for allegedly slicing off his girlfriend’s pony tail, and then on Halloween was picked up for stealing a car, carrying a concealed weapon, and, naturally, attempted murder. Because A+B+C=Of course he did (allegedly!).
1990. September 21, Suge pleaded guilty to battery. Then on Halloween—Knight apparently went all out with his trick-or-treating—pleaded no contest to another battery charge.
1991-ish. Rumor has it that Knight suspended a hapless Vanilla Ice over a balcony—by the ankles—to force him to sign over rights to Ice’s hit “Ice Ice Baby,” which was co-written by a client of Knight’s music-publishing business. While Ice has since denied the claim, he did indeed sign, and as such is now playing himself on various low-budget reality TV shows.
1992-1995. Charged with assault and battery after reportedly pointing a gun at and beating two men who disrespected him at Solar Records’ recording studio. The case would drag on for three years, with Knight defended in part by none other than Johnnie Cochran. Despite his long rap sheet—and, legend has it, thanks in part to offering recording contracts to prosecuting attorney’s relatives—the hot-headed CEO received a five-year suspended sentence and a month in a halfway house.
1996. September 7. On the heels of his 1990’s slacker reputation, Knight eventually was sentenced to nine years in prison after cameras at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Hotel caught him and several associates, including rapper Tupac Shakur, beating a rival gang member. Just hours later Shakur was shot, dying on September 13. After serving five years of his sentence, Knight was released in 2001. Shakur’s murder remains unsolved, the focus of multiple conspiracy theories, and the basis of a very weird CIA Tweet.
1997. East coast rapper Christopher “Biggie Smalls” Wallace was shot and killed at an event in L.A. Even though he was in jail, Knight was a major suspect, with avenging Shakur’s death seen as an alleged motive.
2002. Just days before Christmas all was not merry, as Knight violated his parole and was convicted of “consorting with a gang member,” leading to 61 days in jail for him.
Busted for weed after being pulled over for an illegal U-turn, our hero had fate smile on him and he was charged with only a moving violation and operating sans insurance.
2003. This seems to be a man who hates his freedom. Soon after his release, Knight roughed up a parking lot attendant in L.A. With the rapper convicted, yet again, of assault, it was back in the pokey for 10 more months.
2005. February 5. Busted for weed after being pulled over for an illegal U-turn, our hero had fate smile on him and he was charged with only a moving violation and operating sans insurance, though he did spend about a week in jail. Come August, and Knight would be shot in the leg at a Kanye West’s pre-VMA party, where he also claimed to have been robbed of a $147,000, 15-carat diamond earring. Knight filed suit against West in 2009 as part of Knight’s bankruptcy proceedings. This year Knight also was ordered to pay $107 million to former partners in his now defunct Death Row Records.
2008. August 27. In the heat of the summer, and his temper, Knight was busted for beating his girlfriend, as well as for Ecstasy, pharmaceuticals, and waving a knife around outside a Vegas strip club. Charges were dropped when the young lady in question, one Melissa Isaac, “mysteriously” vanished and couldn’t testify, reportedly leading the quixotic ex-con to quote, “God is good, Happy Holidays.”
2009. March 25. Five men broke into musician Akon’s producer’s home, reportedly claiming he owed Knight money, and stealing $170,000 worth of jewels, stereo gear, and a 130-pound safe. Rumors swirled that it was retaliation from Knight’s being on the receiving end of a pummeling back in February at a basketball event at the behest of Akon. Knight was implicated, but not charged. Again, rumors tangentially connected Knight’s 2014 shooting at—again—a VMA pre-party.
2010. December. Arrested while hanging at an L.A. shopping mall for failure to appear in court on a traffic violation.
2012. February 8. Once again cruising Vegas, Knight was busted on prior outstanding traffic warrants and possession of a “controlled non-medical substance” when weed was found in the car.
2013. September 11. Arrested and held on $20,000 bail in L.A. for a misdemeanor traffic violation, which led to his being detained on an outstanding warrant.
2014. On September 5, Knight and pal Katt Williams were accused of snatching and stealing a camera from a photographer in Beverly Hills. Knight would go on to be apprehended in Vegas on October 29. He was scheduled to appear in court just days ago, on January 27. If convicted, the ex-mogul/continual con faces 30 years in prison. He is out on half a million dollars’ bail.
2014. then today the shit that's going to put him away for good(;

good analysis, I can see it goin either way, depending on lawyers.?
Yup. Suge's lawyer can talk about how he had no gun (whether it was true or not, but there's no conclusive evidence of him having one, whereas we can't say the same about Bone) and feared for his life after having been shot on three separate occasions. And maybe his rap sheet proves he's not a model citizen, but the fact is that Suge voluntarily turned himself in to authorities and immediately went to jail, and that will look favorable to the courts. Bone was already getting rid of his strap on cam -- that can't help but make Bone look a little more questionable, at the very least, since he's trying to hide something.
Like I said, if I were Suge's attorney, I would grill Bone about what his business being there was. If he says something about being a filmmaker or being the film's creative consultant or whatever, I would ask why he had a gun on him. If he says it was for protection, I would ask why wouldn't he hire security, if he's really a filmmaker and not about that life and trying to be professional. Or ask him to provide some gun permit to carry a weapon (which I doubt he has). Bone's record probably isn't clean either.
On a side note, an old roommate of mine has that same Ford Raptor (except in all black)... those fuckers are GIGANTIC. As massive as they are (and powerful too, with that 6.2-liter), it at least had a lot of ground clearance to go over the guy after hitting him. If Suge were driving anything smaller, the body would've gotten mangled under the car and dragged a little bit.

Hittin´Bone while driving backward is one thing but driving at high speed over Carter is another. That definitely does not look like self-defense. >:(
I think he will get life imprisonment for it.

i hate suge with a passion but he can beat this case. all he has to say is i saw something in 1 of them niggas hands that looked like a gun, i've been shot, jumped and beat up in the pass and i assumed it was the same people trying to finish the job.. even if that wasn't the case all he has to do is stick to his story and he can beat this case... wasn't wilson found not guilty for killing mike brown when he said he was reaching for a gun that was never found ;D at the end of the day if he has a good lawyer he can beat this case. when i heard this dumb ass ran over somebody i was thinking he just hit somebody crossing the street. i didn't know a group of people were trying to roll on him. suge is beating this case. all this nigga has to say is i saw something that looked like a gun, i saw a bunch of people coming at me and i didn't know if all these niggas were packing heat so i acted to save my life. at the end of the day if these idiots never went to fuck with him none of this would have happened. the people that went with these cats should be the ones charged with murder. if you go with another person to do a robbery and that person gets killed by law you're responsible for that persons death. at the end of the day dude was just defending himself. like i've said if they didn't go after him would this murder happened ? case close, case done. you go looking for trouble and you'll find it. you try to jump a nigga and he pulls out a knife and kill you then it's your own fucking fault. your the one that went looking for trouble.

Except he didn't just plow over a bystander who happened to walk by. Like I said in my post, he walked to that spot and stood there, and it was in a manner like he was trying to surround the truck himself and block him in. Why would anyone walk up to be in front of a running truck?

Nevertheless no need to run that truck over that guy with high speed and both axles like it was a rock on a 4x4 challenge or something.
And pff, nobody had the intention to kill Suge that day by daylight on a filmset in front of security cameras and all that. They could kill dat mofo everyday on every corner.

Yo OG, couldn't the same be said about Suge, he wouldn't want to kill someone on camera too. And you can bet if Suge died by gunshot, Bone would have claimed the same self defense that Suge is.

Might be, but claiming self defense is maybe the first thing everybody would do after killing someone in a heated dispute. We´ll see if this helps Suge in this case. I guess not.
And if so, I bet weeks or months later someone will kill Suge as a revenge for Carter´s death.

Maybe, we don´t know. But there were also people/witnesses all around the place - and Carter was a family man, a dad. Doubt that he would shit on his family and everything else just for killing corny Suge Knight in broad daylight at a film set. Hell nah.
And ya´ll read the new story where Suge claimed that he´s legally blind on his left eye because of glaucoma and so he has not seen Terry Carter before striking him? All this shit is so fu**ing ridiculous. ::) Ok, the man is trying to save his ass. Understandable.
-
I am not sure the legally blind argument was even needed, it would cause people to question why he was driving. But that gun in the video homeboy dropped will really come into play and it could be what saves Suge. Right now it seems him and Kenner are playing games and trying to delay the whole thing until they get the right defense. After all, this is a murder case and to get evidence to go in your way, you need time. Obviously the prosecution things it can nail Suge now, so the defense is trying to do their thing to get people to testify on their side.
But man, Suge is like that super dude. Except for the time he got knocked out, I mean dudes have shot him, and dude is still here. I mean, he's as advertised.
My cousin who promotes concerts tried to work with him once too. He mainly gets acts to perform at casinos, mainly the Chicano rappers like Lighter Shade of Brown and was even in the thank you credits of Lighter Shade of Brown's 4th album. So anyways, in the early 2000's, he wanted to get the new Death Row acts like Crooked I to perform at some clubs in the IE. He's worked with Mariachi bands, Ice Cube, and others, but at the time clubs he worked with wanted Crooked I, so he was trying to talk to Suge. Suge wanted to meet in person, so my cousin, who's 5'7" decided to bring his partner because of Suge's rep. Now Suge was all business, but he was very aware of his rep so he surrounded by a lot of Samoan bloods and he only wanted to meet in a parking lot outside his office. When he thinks he can get the homecourt advantage, he goes for it. Now my cousin's partner started popping off at the mouth right away, and my cousin regretted bringing him. Basically he told me white people have no concept of Suge Knight. He had to hold homedude back and talk business with Suge. Long story short, Suge was asking for way more money that these clubs paid dudes back then to perform, so Crooked I didn't hit up the clubs that my cousin worked with. He was pretty bummed out. At the time he was able to get Ice Cube, Lighter Shade of Brown, Proper Dos, really well known Mariachi bands from Mexico, but he couldn't get a semi well known rapper who was rising. But as he told me, meeting Suge is a show. He got so excited to tell me this story, because he saw it all as sort of something you have to do. Like the only reason why he got the 10 Samoans treatment is Suge thought he could get big money. He knows his rep, he knew he was dealing with a guy who gets rappers to clubs and casinos, and he knew that if clubs are asking for Crooked then he should get top dollar. It's not like Suge seeked these clubs or my cousin out. He called the conditions and he wanted it to go his way.

He knows his rep, he knew he was dealing with a guy who gets rappers to clubs and casinos, and he knew that if clubs are asking for Crooked then he should get top dollar. It's not like Suge seeked these clubs or my cousin out. He called the conditions and he wanted it to go his way.

I think he was playing games though. To buy time. Though it always baffeled me how Suge has had Kenner after all these years and still goes to jail. But we'll see what's up, and if Kenner comes back.
