Outlawz have been doing all of this touring for years & putting out albums & they cant pay for my man funeral. Afeni shakur is sitting on millions & she cant help pay for fatal funeral. Fatal was the outlaw that was down for 2pac the most. He the main one that seem genuine.

The Outlawz probably get little to NO royalties off those old Pac albums... and if they get anything at all it's probably a small amount that is split amongst all of them, which doesn't make them close to rich
they also probably get max $5,000 - $10,000 a show which isn't bad but once again split up a few ways and goes to pay for other expenses, not to mention feeding their own families
but I do agree Afeni should step in which maybe she will soon... I'm sure at least Young Buck and Trae looked out for Fatal's family since they were all close

I don't see why anyone should hate on whoever is being this effort to raise money for Fatal's funeral. The point is simply to alleviate the burden on his family, who just lost their main breadwinner.
And if you check the page now, 167 different people have contributed, and almost the entire $10,000 has been raised.
To me, that's some dope shit, that Fatal was so loved by the fans, that they collectively paid for the nigga's funeral.

Wasn't even on speaking terms wit her when she passed...

I think what Dax means is that American culture is so much different than the culture in any European nation. For instance, it's a regularity out here to put up a commemorative fund raiser for people to pay condolences to a lost one by donating towards funeral costs. It's considered a sign of respect, but I can see how that would be mainly an American thing.

I could understand how some ppl might think it a bit cheap to crowd source on web for funds for a funeral, but my in laws were short on cash n made it up within the family unit n by requesting donations on Facebook...

I got a rich cousin who's wife did a go fund me thing to pay for her kids basketball trip to the states...

Napolean left the rap game, stopped living the fast life, and turned to Islam. He now lives and owns businesses in Saudi, coffee shops and stuff like that—and does motivational speaking. Point is, maybe all the other Outlawz kept living the life and blew through all their money—but Napolean managed to save and invest a lot of the money he made off that first independent release and subsequent tours.
This is not a diss to Fatal, I love Fatal, and God bless the dead—but he does strike me as the type that likely blew through his money and didn't die with a whole lot.
