"you can roll" is also another classic and reminds me nate again. you didn't tell which guy who sounds like nate???
-
His name is Ray wright he's like "the leader" pretty much it goes Ray wright has the fro who raps the most, manu li is the short one,and can't think of the third ones name I think it's spliff serko or serko spliff or something he has the dopest rap voice of all 3 but never really raps that much if you listen to the song "can you blame" me they're easier to identify Ray wright goes hard tho check out "WB"
-
Obviously it's "can you blame me" but and "WB" on the second track he sounds like Nate dog the most I think and the video is straight West coast....oh and I forgot to mention their in house prouder is Al B. Smoov....if your just getting into them search up hugh Augustine too he's a frequent collaborator and check out as much Al B Smoov tracks you can dudes a beast he reminds me of The futuristiks but a little more indie sounding

i love me some warm brew
-
yeah..People like to say we on Dubcc, only care about heavyweights,
it's not true
iam happy to people showing love to WB here in Dubcc
WB is the shit.. i discovered them in 2013...
Very solid group, power move when they affiliated to Dom..
The Ride is a fucking classic!! No Skippers
Yeah Ray Wright to me is a beast on the rhymes, and he can sing like Nate Dogg too..
Manu li is good too..he comes with that BoMB
Serk is talented too..and Al B Smoov on the beat..Bang! (AL B Smoov, producer, unofficially 4th member)
In a OLD interview they cited his big influences:
The Pharcyde ( Obvious! )
Nate Dogg ( see the Wright inspired hooks )
DJ Quik ( Who is not inspired by this guy? )
Warm Brew music is a trip!
Salute the West Coast!

Me too I was happy when I saw you guys post about them earlier this year before I had an account Warm Brew is hard but so is polyester the saint Dom really knows what he's doing as far as showcasing talent...I heard them earlier last year and I became a fan instantly they all bring something to the table but it could be just Ray and smoov and I'd be happy that production is top notch...funny how many young cats are influenced by quik or suga free these days...it seems like we share a lot of the same views tho Theo big ups !!!

Polyester the saint is by far my favorite new west artist....it goes Polyester,100s(even tho he's done),Dom,teeflii,YG,warm brew,Kendrick,Ty dolla sign...pretty much everyone you listed...being that I'm sure by now you know my favorite rappers are Quik and Suga Free you get my taste I like that smooth player music gotta have the funk in it too that's hard to come by these days tho so just anything authentic west sounding....
He's pretty dope dude his beat selection is great you get where I'm coming from musically for sure...have you,or anyone reading this post, heard of BadTripp ??? If not He's like this guy indie super underground but mad dope he's had a few releases but check out
BadTripp-Loose cannon the videos on YouTube...he raps and produces let me know what you think, one love !!

Do these guys have and hard copy cd's? I wanna check them out proper but can't find anything.

yeah dudes, warm brew is dope. my favorite is the song on their soundcloud page "whispers." they also got a song that samples active child (which I've done before, but I've never really heard any other hip-hop producers sample him). but active child is super dope too. not a hip-hop artist, but an incredible artist none the less.
