Sure is Jay Rock. In recent interviews he makes an effort to stress that he isn't rapping like he has been on previous projects. Using his voice in different ways which I ain't hatin, this track is dope and I'll be pre-ordering that 90059  :)

yeah of course...it's cool when a rapper uses the variety of his own voice/uses his voice as an intruments. that's how it should be. never understood the hate against kendrick's "weird voices" on tpab...outkast did it 20 years ago, kokane did it, snoop, xzibit and many more.
