Its been years since i've heard anything from Big KRIT. But I haven't listened to any music like I used to in the past in years. I'll listen to this someday.

you didn't peep Cadillactica? that was one of the best albums of 2014 but that shouldn't be a surprise since it's Krit lol
I peeped this tape and it's fire as expected, the tags actually are pretty minimal which is good

I couldn't really get into Cadillactica. I liked Soul Food a lot. Granted maybe I didn't give enough of a chance as I only listened to the whole album a couple times.
I think Krit is really talented but some of his music is hit or miss for my preferences. The Krit I like is when he's rapping over smooth soul beats like Bigger Picture, Highs & Lows, Rich Dad Poor Dad, Dreamin, Soul Food etc. I don't really care for those harder bass heavy southern beats like My Sub, Cool 2 Be Southern, I Got This, etc.
With that said I'm really liking this project so far. Quite frankly I seem to enjoy his mixtapes more than his albums most of the time.
Tracks I like so far:
King Pt 4
86
No Static
Vanilla Sky
It's Better This Way
And I agree DJ Drama wasn't as cringeworthy as he normally is.
