One of my favorite producer RICK ROCK will drop his first solo album "Rocket" on December 4. The album has been promoted for years, he even dropped a single last summer with Snoop Dogg & TeeFLii but now it's official, the album will drop in 2 weeks! Rick produced a couple joints lately that were pretty dope imo, the Snoop & Busta Rhymes' "Powder On my Clothes" and Redman's "Dopeman". The album features guests such as Snoop Dogg, E-40, Xzibit, Crooked I, Redman, The Jacka (RIP), The Federation, B-Legit, Problem etc.

Well he dropped his group album Cosmic Slop Shop with Doonie (from Federation) and Big Lurch named Da Family in 1998
And then except for Federation and E-40 albums, I wouldnt say he overseed but he did most of the productions on these albums:
* Marvaless - Fearless
* Spice 1 - Immortalized
* N-Legit - Hard 2 B-Legit
* Turf Talk - West Coast Vaccine

Been waiting for this album since 2011. If only I had a dollar for every release date Rick Rock announced the album will drop.... Only for the last six months this got pushed back 5 times, which is a joke considering snippets were floating around even in 2012.
I'm hyped up though and still looking forward to hearing the album if it drops ;D ;D

shit is pretty nice 8)
i'm not that keen on about 50% of it, mainly the hyphy sounding beats (ikr) but the more piano laced stuff is really good. most of the good stuff is in the second half, from the xzibit track onward.
-
The beats on the track with J Stalin and Me, Me, Me 8) 8) 8) 8) The Xzibit x Crooked I track was good too. I didn't like much of the rest, particularly because I was expecting much more after a four year wait, whereas he just released the exactly same tracks he had sitting four years ago.

slappers 8) what other albums did he oversaw beside the federation and e-40 stuff?
ElDorado Red - East Side Rydah
Stand out track: I'm In The Streets (ft. Stressmatic)
-
The album is really dope, there's a like 4,5 songs that leaked years ago but that were meant for this project so we can't really blame him.
The full version of "On My Line" with Federations is pure dopeness, the bass elevated songs are dope, it's far from his old sound but I like his new sound and his new signature too 8)

Cosmic slop shop- da family....super dope an underground Classic in my eyes...big lurch,Rick rock and doonie baby from the federation on the mic with rock on production....props on that eldorado red mention I still have that cd and the streets was my favorite track ha
-
liked what I heard so far, have yet to listen to the full project.
funny that Rick Rock and Rick Ross dropped an album on the same day
-
I thought this was pretty dope and better than I was expecting, the beats are all clean and only a few tracks that im not keen on.
