Same case if you are watching them perform. Memorising a couple of lines and reciting them in a similar to Pac's manner doesn't make you a good impersonator.

Did you see Tsalta Baptiste in the trailer for the Until The End of Time (China) movie? He does a much better impersonation of Pac there than Marcc Rose does in SOC.

Just because Tsalta is a better impersonator than Marcc Rose, doesn't mean he is a good one. Not once have I seen 2pac making gay-ass hand gestures and wrist movements like Tsalta does and yet he is constantly doing it.
