LOL I just realize that on my cd I have version with Akon, instead of Nate. Every Blue Carpet Treatment contains version with Akon? Nate is only on music video?
-
See other Kush thread.

Album Version features Akon while Single Version features Nate Dogg, why is that? because Snoop already had a song out with Akon "I Wanna Fuck You" so he didnt want to be redundant and ask Nate to replace Akon
-
I remember it was a scheduling conflict on Akon's end when the single came out and it was time to shoot the video they brought Nate in instead.
-
as much as I love Nate, his version sounds 'off' due to the vocal mixing, Akon version is all Dre.
-
^The Nate version is still better on the strength of his voice .. Didn't the euro version of the album feature the Nate version or some shit?

No all versions of the album contain the Akon version. I think Nate Dogg was brought in due to label politics with Akon.

Funny Wikipedia says somethin about the Australian version features akon as if there's a version flowing around with Nate

I like the Akon version but I would have taken 2 Nate features over 2 Akon features (one of which was on Akon's album too) for the album

I never heard the version with Nate in the bay area, they only played the Akon version.
