During this VladTV exclusive, The D.O.C. discussed the infamous beef between N.W.A. and Death Row Records in the early 90's. When asked about the difference between the first and second N.W.A. albums, "The Formula" lyricist made it clear Ice Cube's absence changed everything. "Nothing was the same after Cube left," The D.O.C. told DJ Vlad. "Even the beats seemed like they would've been better suited for a D.O.C. record."

Brilliant.. I admire how careful he is when he speaks and also when he refrains from 'supposed' racism by referring to white people as 'European'

  I think the ultimate shame in all of this was Suge was almost a necessary piece in the puzzle over there but things didn't really work out.  Even if the relationship between Dre and Suge soured, they should have figured out a way to continue to function as a label.  It's one thing to beef for record sales but at some point, they should have pushed forward to make sure all three of their top acts (Pac, Dre, Snoop) were all allowed to make them money and not get caught up in the rest.
