could some one recomend me a good firewall program

Zone Alarm - Once you set it up, it's good, but the custom setting is pretty strict, so it might block your IE or Kazaa until you configure it.

Norton Firewall - Or whatever it's called.. Norton is known for quality programs and this is no exception.

I use Sygate Personal Firewall...

BlackICE is cool too..pz
