Title: the fact that the NBA all star starters are 0 big men is dusgusting
Post by: Hack Wilson - real on January 28, 2016, 09:28:12 PM
this ain't even about Kobe and D-wade getting the old man sympathy votes

how the fuck you not gonna include ONE big man in the starting lineup?  or more accurately asked:  how the fuck Is the NBA gonna allow this??

total popularity contest, same bullshit you'd expect from the NBA based on their marketing schemes (players over teams) but god damn son, is nothin sacred?

Exactly, the game doesn't matter a lick and it's pretty much a dunk/3 point chuck contest until the 4th quarter. It is lame to not have big men but how much does it really matter at the end of the day? Let the fans see who they want.

They made the all star game meaningless. They don't even go by fan votes anymore. Thats all there for hype. Lebron probably picked the players and coaches for both teams.

Considering Zaza Pachulia was a few thousand votes away from gettin in, I think fan voting is very much a real thing
