Pay Suge what? It seems more like Dre has put it past him to me. Admittedly, I don't have all the info here but from the outside looking in, it seems like Suge was still pressing an issue.

yeah... Suge could never let the street life go... He got away with so much, but it finnally caught up with him. It was just a matter off time for him to be in the position he is in now.

You have to kind of look at the history here. He had two well-known issues with Dr. Dre, post-prison. The first was the "In Da Club" video shoot and the other was the Vibe Awards and he sure as fuck was not on some peace treaty shit with either of those. Now, remove Dr. Dre from the situation entirely and there's still two separate instances of him getting shot, he had three cases involving assault and the most recent deal with him and Katt Williams and the paparazzi was already more than likely going to put him back in a cell. This was a guy who even after losing Dre/Snoop, the death of Tupac, and getting locked up, could still have retired with millions of dollars in his 40's and ended up one of America's greatest success stories.

I agree with that. I don't condone the situation but at the same time, if someone has something happen to them that they have done multiple times to others, what can you really say?

ill give Sloan CREDIT for holding the street code. But to all those who think Suge is guilty....???? There was only ONE gun at the scene and that GUN belonged to SLOAN. BY LAW, if someone is killed during a violent confrontation with a gun involved the person with the gun is charged for murder. SLOAN by LAW, is responsible for the incident and SUGE KNIGHT has a legit defense that he was in fear for his life.

it casts enough reasonable doubt that suge will say it was a gun and that is all he really needs to do. Even if it wasnt a gun and they prove that, it looks like a gun in the tape [my first impression, tmz's too] so to the jury and suges laywers, its a hand cannon with fuck deathrow engraved on it.

We are looking at footage over the internet. Someone involved in the case will take the actual footage to a pro who can blow it up while maintaining its clarity and see what it is.

Suge probably is some what blind.
Him and Terry were cool.
Why run over Terry over?
They say Terry is the one who called him over so he must have had enough trust and been cool enough with him to go over there.
I doubt very seriously all of that went out the window after he was hit by Sloan and he just decided to kill Terry.
You could make an argument that Suge was trying to kill Sloan but it doesn't make sense to say the same about Terry.
