I want to clear up one major point here for the record. When the question comes up about why no one was ever charged (specifically Puffy), it's said that everyone involved is dead. That's only partially true. When this book and even doc came out Terry "Bubble Up" Brown was still alive. He along with Deandre Smith, Orlando Anderson and Keffe D were said to be in the white Cadillac. Brown just died recently shortly after the Murder Rap doc dropped:

Not sure if Deandre Smith is still alive or not. But the point is that if what Keefe d said was believed by law enforcement then why didn't they go and arrest Brown and/or Smith for being accessories to murder? It doesn't add up. He says that they couldn't go after Puffy based solely off of Keefe's word but if they had similar info coming from one or two of the others said to be in the white Cadillac, then possibly they could have.
