It's the wrong question to ask him. Even if he did put the hit out, isn't the official story that Orlando was a killer and the shooting was retaliation for being assaulted by Tupac and DR? Nothing to do with Puff even if he did have a hit on him.

The mention of Pac and Suge still got him shook 20 years later... financially dude obviously made off nice because he profited off Big's death and even milked his way to solo success on the back of Big's death.. (not saying he didn't have love for BIG or is happy Big died, just saying he certainly milked it for all it was worth in 97').... but spiritually if dude had anything to do with Pac's death than that shit is gonna haunt him the rest of his life.
