Good chance they trade Westbrook and go into full rebuilding mode, but the Lakers won't get him.

Not unless okc keeps him and he walks in free agency .. Okc will prolly ask for ingram if it came to a trade. Ingram is untouchable.

I'm sure Luke would want Curry lol.
The Lakers, Celtics & Knicks just praying a superstar blesses their franchise. Petty.

at this point, we dont even need one…..we got the best young core in the league, the future is lookin bright either way
d-russ
clarkson

You're still about 12 years away from competing with the Warriors lmao.
Until your (anybody, not just you) team commits to the new style of play that the Warriors/Spurs/Cavs/Hawks play, you don't have a chance. I don't know how anyone can look at the list of champions since like the 80's & not see only the team with the top 3 rosters, with a top 5 player wins like 95% of the time. Having a "good young core" doesn't mean shit if you don't have the top 5 player to go with it.
But, hey...I'll be pulling for the Lakers as long as it's not against Philly or LeBron; as long as Ingram is running the show. Hopefully Ingram surpasses Kobe & we can be friends for 15 years lmfao. #DukeNation

ingram could very well be a top 5 player within 5 years…..d-russ is going to be a top 5 pg by then too…..clarkson and randle, perennial all-stars…….duno enough about zubac, but if the marc gasol comparisons are true, then he too will be a beast.
but thats also assuming we dont acquire a westbrook next off-season….and im not banking on it, but if we do……watch out

Back in the day, I'd love the direction of the roster. Love watching a young roster build. Like the Wolves; can't wait to watch them peak.
But it's just sad the game has turned to you can either be the team to have 3 stars or be the team that develops future top 20 players in the league to inevitably leave to join each other.

Hey, is Ingram really that promising? Or is that just a Laker and a Duke fan talking?

If Ingram develops to top ten talent & that "young core" around him start taking those over the top reach max deals from other teams & replenish nothing, Ingram will walk in 5 years.
It's not considered spineless anymore. It's the culture of the NBA.

he's the real deal….and i wasnt pushin dangello russell that hard last year, cuz i wasnt sure. but ingram has the exact tools of kevin durant, and his fluidity is straight natural…..he's gone make it fam. mark it. philadelphia guna regret not takin him 1st.
and dangello russell also lookin like he made some major strides this offseason btw.
