Based on the name, I would presume it's an old demo tape some company got their hands on.

"In Da Trenches" was supposed to be the title of his Treacherous Records album, and that's the name of one of the songs so I think this might actually be from the early to mid 00's. I found a few snippets and they don't sound like 1995 tracks to me.
