I give Def Jam props for gettin WC's track played all over the country, but I can tell they were on some bullshit still....
I am in Tallahassee, and even tho it is an "average" size town, we get most shit that comes out, especially as far as music.
Now me personally find it VERY strange that TRAY DEE - THE GENERAL'S LIST was inside of the Wherehouse/Turtle Music and at Best Buy, and that was on 4 Life records or some small shit....but WC, who not only is more famous than Tray Dee, but is signed with fuckin def jam, his album was NOWHERE in the entire city to be purchased. So yeah they played their part by havin his song on the radio out here (because of the Top 40 playlist BULLSHIT) but how did they not even put his album in the entire city??? Only a true fan like me would actually order it from the bestbuy website, most people who would buy it that couldn't find it would just be like oh well.
