This friday will be a helluva day with this release and Tech N9ne, and J Cole, and Mos Def, and 2 new songs from Busta Rhymes etc
But I will def check this release, everything I heard from this project was awesome  8)

Just finished the first listen and as usual Soulo doesn't disapoint because it's another great project. I hope I'll find time to bump this some more to analyze and decorticate this album properly

dope project though, I'd say it's about on par with These Days but Control System still remains his best work

you are very right but none of his albums can touch his mixtapes of Longterm vol 2

Just finished the first listen and as usual Soulo doesn't disapoint because it's another great project. I hope I'll find time to bump this some more to analyze and decorticate this album properly

I agree.  He has stayed true to himself and it seems to be paying off.  While I don't like how TDE doesn't push him or Rock as much as K. Dot or Q I can see how his style can be a bit difficult to push.  Nothing commercial about him or his records.

wrong TDE does push AB-soul and Jay rock as much a K.dot and Schoolboy Q.  but you forget Kendrick is signed to aftermath /interscope and Schoolboy Q is signed to interscope . so Kendrick and schoolboy q get pushed more by interscope not TDE

yeah that would be him... he's collaborated with Jay Rock in the past too
