how can the lakers call themselves champions, this is the laziest team to ever hold a championship. they have proved this all season long. they are a disgrace to the game, laker fans must be ashamed of the way they are playing, no defense and no sense of urgency. Fuck the excuses, you gotta give it up to Minny for playing some serious ball. Doubt many other teams could compete with that shit. And lets face it, we all know every single mothafucking team will always be trying to play their A game when they play the champs. Shits no secret, but hey I like the Lakers chances. Minny played their hearts out and u gotta give credit where credit is due. And yes the Lakes have been playing terrible, but whats new with that, besides the first championship year, the Lakers have been complacent when playing the mediocre teams. It's a 7 game series, and I like the Laker chances. For all we know they might just win 3 in a row against Minny's ass and then cats will jump right back on the wagon. FINALLY... that's the first Laker fan I have talked to that's reasonable... glad you didn't try to blame part of the loss on the refs like some OTHER lakers fans... which is SAD cause LA obviously had the edge in that department... but yeah, if the lakers step up there game they still got a very decent shot of winning the series, depending if Minnesota is gonna play on fire like like they have all series...

Naw, but honestly the refs werent that bad. Laker fans are just used to seeing Kobe cry, and get his way...and that hasnt happened. He's being treated like every other player by the refs. The idea that the Lakers could be bounced in the first round...is just scarin yall, so the excuses are comin early. The Spurs havent played good. Ill admit, but they havent looked as bad as the Lakers have in their losses. The Spurs are playing probably the worst type of team possible for them, matchupwise. The Suns just matchup perfectly with the Spurs. But theyve had two close losses, one a miracle. And a close win, and a blowout win. The Lakers got KILLED, i mean...KILLED in one game. And the others, relatively close. If u feel that the Spurs are a bigger disgrace because of that, then u might as well go ahead and admit that u feel the Spurs are the better team...and u expect more from them. If u expect the Lakers to win it all, and the Spurs not to...then the Lakers are the disgrace. Right?
Also...Minnesota=#4 seed, Pheonix=#8 seed. To u, that means Minnesota is better right? San Antonio=#1 seed, LA=#5 seed. Hmmm...just checkin..

I dont think the Suns are better then the Wolves. But i do think the Suns match up better with the Spurs, then the Wolves do. My only response to YOU, saying that the Wolves were better then the Suns because of their seeding, was that the Spurs are seeded #1, when the Lakers are #5. So if the Wolves are better then Pheonix, for their seeding...then the Spurs are better then the Lakers...for their seeding. Correct? Or just it only work, when its in your favor? The only reason Lakers placed 5th in the West, is because Shaq was out the whole first half of the season...Do you understand this or not? Suns aren't half the team T-Wolves are, and not just because of their record, but because they have Garnet...The Suns have absolutely no leader...Now, whoever said Shaq, Kobe, Fisher, Fox, and Horry are the 5 best players in the league is a total idiot and deserves to get shot...Kobe and Shaq are the two best players in the league IMO, and this is arguable, so don't try to diss my opinion...Horry is weaker this year, but he's an X-factor during crunch time...Fox I don't like that much, and I agree he's overated, but don't exclude him...Fisher is actually underated...He has one of the top 10 scoring averages this year in the playoffs, he's an EXCELLENT defender, and he's been shooting the ball amazingly well...Devan George is our 6th man, and I think he's a solid player...Pargo just came out of no where, and really blew my mind with his ability to play as a back up point guard...Madsen really surprised me this year...He's a true fighter, and has heart like no other...Brian Shaw rarely gets playing time during the season, but is always big in the playoffs...I can go on forever, but the bottom line is, Lakers 4Peat!!!

fox-you're a fool to say he's not a good defender, dude has been in the league 13 years and is considered an old man but he's also a supurb defender. proof? various playoff series the past four years . Where has Szerbeak been? Where was Peja? fox can straight up defend! anyone who knows their basketball outside of their favorite team will tell you this....he's a part of the reason why the lakers are such a good defensive team
Horry- Horry in this offece is a passer and bounce around defender for the lakers , he's the energy 4 man off the bench......when he was with the rockets he was an offensive minded player (STILL holds the rocket's all time 3point % record) Horry isn't even apart of the offence most of the time now so your argument against him is null and void he's a role playing defender used for his energy and ability to poke the ball away.....if you disagree then you are one arrogant fuck to think you're above Chick Hern and Dr.Jack Ramsey
Fisher-this is where you lost ALL crediability and exposed how much you reallly watch the lakers. fisher has been scoring just a few points less than shaq the last few weeks......and ALSO holds the 3rd highest 3 point % in playoff HISTORY! FISHER is playing HOT right now . granted i think his defense can be better . he's the ultimate complment to kobe in the pressure defense....which has contained allen iverson, jason kidd, damon staudimire, ect. and if you look at the last 3 lakers games it's almost a joke that you'd belittle him after all the input he put....hitting numerous 3's and key shots, he contained hudsen in game four and shut him out the entire 2nd half of game 5!
also your little mind game of saying oh the suns or only worse cuz they're seeded higher thing is all in your head. the lakers havn't had the number 1 seed the past 3 years (including this year) and how many championships have we won in a row...i don't now i kinda forgot. also considering the start we had and damn near having a chance to finish 3rd in the WEST is pretty incredible. so you might feel high and mighty with your top seed but buddy boy you had that in 2001......look what we did to ya.
