Post by: _That_Cracka_J on April 28, 2003, 10:12:18 AM: You know if you fart and you smell it, it doesn't stink, in fact you may enjoy smelling the stink. But when someone else farts and you smell it, it smells nasty---you don't wanna smell someone else's fart....

Imagine this then:

You let a fart, which is a loud one. This guy next to you also lets a fart, but his is silent, yet it is hella stinky. Since you don't know he farted (since it was silent) and you know that you farted, you would probably assume that this is your fart. So would that fart smell good to you because you think it is yours....if you knew it was someone else's fart it would be disgusting to smell it.

So when a foreign fragrance is brought into the equation, your brain might say "Hey, this isn't a local substance".

mine always smell really bad (for others) whenever i had onions or something like that. when the fart comes out it's actually warm and DAAAAAAAAAAAAAMN what a smell ;D

Yeah, but what if you're smelling someone else's fart and you THINK it's yours?
