That "culture vulture" is a non sense. It seems to be an american "concept", there is no such way of thinking in Europe for example.
Those guys claiming gangsters, "original gangsters" are culture vultures too then in that way of thinking because they took it from the real gangsters who were coming from the South of France and Italy. The clothes they wear, which they claim to be the originators, they did not invent any of it. Dickies worn by the workers, suits by the real gangsters, sneakers invented and worn first by white men etc. List is endless.
Those guys make great music but need to chill and be humble. They are rappers but act like they invented everything or took evrything to the high level.
I used to like Kam's music but to me he is just super corny now, acting all the time like a victim, like the world is oppressing him because he is black and a rapper.

well being from europe you wouldn’t exactly understand the black plight like we do here in america .. so while there are culture vultures, cats like kam try to apply it where it don’t belong ..
if you know how rock started as a black artform that was hijacked by the white man, then u understand where the paranoia comes from. so you can see why black folks are tryna preserve their current artform and keep the recognition of its AA roots by any means necessary.
in the case of vlad, i don’t know if i’d call him a vulture, but he’s a funnystyle mufucka off top.

i was saying euros don’t understand the insecurity when it comes to racism african-americans face, because you don’t live in a country that was founded on slavery and oppression.... and even if u did understand it, shit ain’t the same, because u ain’t lived in that environment your whole life.
