Seriously, am I the only one in here who thinks Kurupts career is over?
It has been one downward spin ever since he left Death Row originally
Lyrically, hes been dead since 98
Personally, the second he turned his back on his boys is when that died.
And by joining Death Row, he removes what was the only thing that had me still checkin for him....his albums. He always had the production and guest appearences to knock out good albums. Thats done now.
And now this fool is dissin Snoop and the crew....i dont care if he does it...but i bet u $100 he wont be spittin some heat

This sucks. I think Kurupt is dope...at least most of the time. Tha Streetz is classic and I think Space Boogie was a great album too. I was pissed he went to Deathrow but I always thought he might come back. This will make it a lot more unlikely for him to ever come back and have some tight collabos. I'm still hopin he puts out a good album on Deathrow. It would be awesome if this whole thing was him playing Suge and he was really just gonna ditch deathrow after a short time there. Im keepin my hopes up.

I got a song from him off the DJ Kool Kid mixtape....I donno who did the beat but it sounds like a poor man's Bitch Please....beat is hot tho but thats the first thing that comes to mind when u hear it.
But Kurupt has the delivery in his voice like he wants to rip, but he says some HORRRRRIBLE lines in it.......

Personally, I don't think that Kurupt's career is over. Hopefully this beef sparks Kurupt's fire. I'm not gonna criticize Kurupt's new shit until he comes out with an album. He's done a few new songs on Death Row. Nothin Special, but definetely not enough to judge wheather or not Kurupt's career is over. I'll wait for his new album to judge.

::) @ tech...anyway I am one of the few here, who really remember and is old enough to know how big and great kurupt was in the mid-late 90's...i just still think he has something left, i busted out streetz today...and its still a master piece and that was 3-4 years ago which seems like an eternity...though some of his latest tracks he's done does gives some hope

IMO he's been weak since originally leaving DR back in '97, '98... it's sad to see the transition he's been through from being one of the top lyricists in the game around the time of Dogg Food's release.
He needs to get an album out quick on Tha Row to keep his career alive. But regardless, his future as a rapper doesn't look promising... IMO he should just retire and focus on the business side of things on Tha Row. The stuff he's putting out nowadays is just embarassing.

I just tell it how I think it is, I like good music, and I will say when I think something is good or not. Bad Azz has wayyyyyy better lyrics than kurupt, hell nowadays all those rappers have better lyrics than kurupt. I don't think you understand, that I don't HATE kurupt. I even bought his last bullshit album, against the grain. Kurupt used to come dope on songs like ain't no fun, doggy dogg world, all of dogg food, pretty much all his songs back in the day. I just can't see how people like yourself act like Kurupt is still at the top of his game and hasn't fallen off. Hell, Snoop is one of my favorite rappers, but I will be the first to tell you that he fell the fuck off for a few years there, but now he is sounding good again. And Daz fell off big time too, TITLIL was very dissapointing in my eyes. Most of kurupts fans now are the same people who have been fans for years, and he is riding on his past efforts. If kurupt was a brand new artist today and I listened to the crap he puts out, I would think he was wack as fuck and wouldn't even bother hearing anymore from him. I agree the only reason some are hating and picking Kurupt out is because he either dissed some of there favorites or he went back to Death Row. Oh and I don't want to hear some of you saying he just got wack because his flow been weak since 99 and it's still wack now. But at the same time he still make good songs here and there.
