Nate and Warren were with Snoop in 213 and Kurupt was already rapping back in Phily and then had some group with 2 girls then came out West and battled Snoop...
RBX has a story where he was selling shoes (also Snoops cousin, (have to add that or else Sccit will be like “you didn’t even know RBX was Snoop’s cousin”, lol)) and he met Dre and Dre loved his voice and Dre being the genius he is made great use of that voice on the Chronic like with “Wit A Dre Day”
...but anyway my point is everyone is accounted for on the back story but Daz. Obviously he’s Snoops cousin but that’s not enough, I’m talking about what was he doing as far as work and career or in music before Death Row?? All I’ve ever heard was that Daz had an Aunt who was a singer and had a hit song so he’s from a musical family and that he was in trouble and stuff in the South and the fam begged Snoop to help Daz out and Snoop helped Daz...
But you don’t get to work with fuccin Dr Dre and produce tracks like “Rat-tat—tat” just because you are Snoops cousin. Is there any interview or any story about what Daz was doing musically that allowed him a seat next to legendary Doc Dre when they started working on the Chronic??

He was around Snoop and them in Long Beach. They talked about this on the "DPG Eulogy" documentary. Check that out if you can, Infinite.
