besides scenic route
so it’s gotta be what someone else said .. dre originally had these produced in “unfinished quality” for the concept of the game, then went back n retouched them quicksteez for the spotify release.
whatever the case may be, this ain’t the dre standard.
it’s not awful but if u listen to any of his other work, there’s a clear difference.

Ain’t no horns on the ITunes release compared to the GTA version on ITunes two totally different sounds for Scenic Route with one where the baseline and keys are bigger and no horns. Weird
Really sad, this is not truly what I feel well it’s ok, nothing special Em was a beast on his track … GTA well it’s ok.. a bit over thought too crammed in to vibe to.. the production list seems a bit crammed in I mean Nipseys hook makes the track for Diamond Lane is not special what so ever with all that talent on it, shit for that matter none of the beats are truly banging what so ever … not sure the mastering is still off nothing sounds clean and big like 2001 did or even Compton did …
Tracks are flat to me… maybe it’s a grower but it doesn’t have replay value doesn’t sound west or new west or even creative …
Snoops album is way better, more entertaining makes you want to turn it up loud
Besides Gospel and Diamond Lane (Mostly due to the features, it’s a bit boring too)
