Thanks for posting.. but notice, I asked a follow up question and he didn't respond.  Who came up with the concept.  I mean, if he is also credited with the concept and chorus of the song then that would be a big deal because that was the lead single for Kurupt's first solo album and the song was like #1 on the Rap Charts if I remember correct it did pretty well at the end of that summer of 98'. 

My guess is someone else came up with the concept and hook, because I think Baby S would've been eager to claim that if he did more than a dope 16.

yeah.. and not only that when he did back in the day it kind of didn't even seem necessary.. Kurupt had his own label and Baby S was gonna be his first album so it seemed like one of those instances where they give an artist some shine on a big song to get him some exposure and hype.  That was really common back in 98'.
