This is gonna be classic. D.O.C has a great story that’s always gone untold
-
doc is a wise man, its always a blessing listening to him.
-
because the dubcnn pisser times agree
-
Do y'all think it will come out?

The placement of Eminen in anything Dr. Dre is involved in is laughable. Hopefully, he's just in it for like 30 seconds and his name is being used to generate promotion.
-
I heard the soundtrack is produced by Dr. Dre and is written entirely by D.O.C. but performed by other artists.

He is the best selling rap artist of all time. I suppose if he was influenced by D.O.C. it would be very relevant to a documentary on the D.O.C.. Also, wasn't D.O.C. instrumental in Dre signing Eminem? I thought Dre asked his opinion or something to that effect.

I was kind of with the original post. They would get 30 seconds of Em saying something like D.O.C. was dope and then rapping some of his lyrics from back in the day like Em always does for L.L. Cool J, lol, talking about what a big fan he was of DOC when he was a kid, and how DOC was a great lyricist
but in all honesty, there probably is a story there. DOC might have played a role in Eminem being signed and they were likely around each other a lot from 98-2002. So there's maybe a legit story there.

I don’t recall DOC being instrumental in getting Eminem signed to Aftermath but if he did then it makes sense. If he didn’t, then Em doesn’t really deserve a significant spot on the documentary.

Nope. DOC documentaries have been talked about for decades. Never get released. Especially if Dre is involved.

Wasn't that an idea for an album before. Voices through hot vessels or something like that?

If this comes out, I’d like to hear D.O.C’s thoughts on his time at Death Row Records. Sometimes thinking about the label and all the music that came out you forget that he was there and in the mix for a lot of it.

Nothing really has leaked from his time @ Da row. He was there from that jump, west coast history in person from ruthless to death row

Yep and don't forget Aftermath. He is in a unique position with his story. Like I said before, it's done right it should be real good. There's another angle that if touched on would be ill and that's the Atlanta hip hop scene back in the day.
