Title: What a Dogg Pound sophomore LP album on Death Row could have been in 97’
Post by: TraceOneInfinite on May 13, 2022, 01:08:11 AM
I think my favorite unreleased Kurupt track from Death Row is the Dogg Pound cut "Tremendous Odds"

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ap9P7JvYGJE

I still dream of them dropping a sophmore LP back in 97' -- could of looked like this if they didn’t give away any of their songs to other albums and kept all their best work for a Death Row album in 97’ --

1.  "Nuthin But a Cavi"
2.  "Me in Your World
3.  "Tremendous Odds"
4.  "Blueberry"  (banger they gave away to Snoop)
5.  "Gang Bangin Ass Criminal
6.  "It's Goin Down"
7.  "Initiated"
8.  "Make Some Noise"
9.  “I Don’t Bang No More”
10. “Got My Mind Made Up” Inspectah Deck version
11. “U Can’t C Me”
12. “Fresh”
13. “Our Daily Bread”
14.  "Don't Stop" feat. Pac
15.  "Jakkmove"
16.  "Don't Try To Play Me Homie" from Gridlocked
17.  "Just Doggin" Sunset Park version

... Not sure all those cuts were recorded in the Death Row era but it's likely they were, they had the makings of another classic, for sure

"Blueberry" was a LBC Crew song. So no, Daz and Kurupt did not give that to Snoop 'cause it was not their song to begin with.

They worked on it but scrapped it in favor of solo projects. The songs were unfinished.
