what u mean? that’s been the industry standard since the beginning of time bruh lol
it’s to get more eyes on the song for people who didn’t hear the full album.
and since vinyl is dropping in a week, this is to help promote that.

I think it makes more sense relasing singles prior album to promote it but I may be wrong.
