Also interesting to see that DOC song 'Bridgette" that ended up on that unauthorized Concrete Roots Compilation. Never knew that was recorded during the Chronic sessions. And on that same real 'fuck it let's kill a cop' song. Never heard of that title before. Unless it's an alternate name for 187.

Rat-Tat-Tat-Tat and The Next Episode I would pay good money for those. Then again the shitty quality we have all heard these tracks in when they leaked might have added some magic lo-fi quality to them that made it sound amazing and proper crisp mixes might take some of that magic away.

I loved the Chronic and Doggystyle so much, I went to the record store in 93 to if there were any other Snoop or Dre albums and I remember I found that Concrete Roots shit so I bought it not knowing it was unauthorized. That shit probably sold a lot cause of dumb kids like me.
Had I been smart I could've copped Efil4zaggin and gotten that Chronic sound

When they show the picture of the master tapes, Bridgette is listed on one of them. There was no audio for it played in the promo. Few interesting somg titles are shown on those master tapes.

I think this will be a good release and will probably be an extended version with songs that were originally omitted for various reasons, really looking forward to this

There's already multitracks from tracks on The Chronic so for you that want acapellas/instrumentals, they are out there.
Fingers crossed we get some unreleased material but I am pessimistic.

Yeah i never understood this type of marketing. Obviously people want unreleased tracks. They tease and create hype like this is going to unreleased tracks. Then it ends up being a couple of hoodies and tshirts and everyone is disappointed and there’s backlash. Why not just say upfront exactly what this is going to be?

I think it will just The Chronic released in different form. Maybe deluxe edition with extra material - but it wont’t be anything unreleased.

I'm sure the ideas are coming from whatever company it was that Dre sold all his rights to recently. They're the ones in charge of everything. But, yeah, what a fucking waste of time this was. Y'all were shitting on Wide Awake ack in the day. In reality, they were the closest we ever got to opening up the Death Row vaults.
