Hard to say but personally Im more into Compton artists probally because they are more serious and thats what a I like some Mc Ren/Lil Chill ish ;D but I also digg LBC alot..

I'd agree with both you cats....
...i dont like to choose...cos i like such a diversity of music as a whole and a diverse range of hiphop / rap
but then again im being picky so if i had to answer this question id go with compton cos thats more what im feeling in the mood im in atm...
...plus old school compton style always rocks it for me no matter what mood im in whereas some long beach stuff i have to be very chilled out to listen to over a great length of time...ie sit n chill out can do it no problems....if im working it makes me not want to work much ;)

As we're approaching summer it's got to be the LBC for me, with some smooth chilled grooves perfect for sitting in the sun.
(Looks out of office window: Birmingham is covered in grey skies and steady rain, as it has been for the best part of a week now)
Make that some grimy, hardcore CPT shit on second thoughts.

Yeah thats what im talking about bro..im only a few miles down from you and its shitty here....in the summer.. on the beach (damn i miss my beach) id be bumping soft, funky, smooth lb tunes.
