that would be funny, but I dont think its gona happen...Ed Obanon doesnt or didnt have shit on Ronny James....James is like a 30 year old man , what is he like 6'8 220 or something....Hes got mad skills plus hes already got the NBA body. James is 18 or 19 years old, its funny cuz he looks like an NBA vet already.

well he'd still have 100 million in the bank :-\, though he will not be a flop...no way someone gets this much hype and then doesnt do anything...he'll get as many chances as he wants to succeed.

with the right coach and environment he will flourish, he definitely has the skills to be great.
Its gonna be interesting to see how LONG it takes him to be a great player, remember y'all when garnett and Kobe were rookies they averaged less than 10 points and were still learning but then again Amare Stoudamire was awesome his rookie year

I'm already a fan of this guy. After watching his high school games all I can say is WOW. This guy single handedly defeated a ranked national team. His school defeated Westchester (they're fuckin good, they win the california state championship every year and are in the top 10 of the nation). Not only did his school defeat them, but he outscored the opposing team :o. I hope this guy makes a joke out of Kobe on the court. Can't wait to see that.

I just have to say that Ed O'Bannon was suppose to be a flop, since he had knee sugery right before his rookie season. Basically, he was a great college player, but experts didn't pick him to go far in the NBA. The former UCLA star was popular, but not expecting to make it, because of the knee, and his style was not as athletic as others. Hence the 7th overall pick, and that was just for tickets. They thought his knee would hold out longer, but it only lasted a few months. I really wished he would have been good, he would have been a solid role player anywhere, a Robert Horry in his prime type player.
As for LeBron, next big thing. Him, T-Mac, Kobe and KG will be playing over titles for years to come, and I want to live to see it all. The greatest group to all be in at once since Magic, Larry, and Mike. I can't wait... the next few years is going to be great. Players like Duncan and Vince Carter on the side, it's all good.

It makes plenty of sense....he is younger than me, meaning I am older than him (u with me?)....but even tho he is younger, he looks about 12 years older than i look...get it?

One, this guy has no speed. All you guys said "look he already has the body of an NBA player, and blah blah" well no shit he can take over a HS game with skinny dope ballers. 2, will he even work hard since his ass is being spoiled by the fans. The only reason NIKE is willing to pay thatmuch money for him because they know stupid ppeople be buying 150 dollar shoes that only cost 2 dollars to make. But whatevr, the good thing I see about LEbron is his passing and hops(which is not important). Hopefully he does workout on his game even more
