everal reasons for this video:
-The trail to Police Gang Stalking and how it originates with this disposition matrix
-How the disposition matrix is exploited and used on US citizens who are not a threat.
-Introduction and conclusion of this video is intended for but not limited to those who just discovering there is a program that abuses neighborhood watch which has evolved into community harassment as well as those who are newly targeted individuals.
Operatives and “setup” crews are strategically positioned and assigned to activate this program which is the ultimate violation of human rights. These setup crews are sent on rotation across the country. Once they have spent an allotted time in an area introducing the sensitization process they are sent to other areas to harass other victims. Operatives are responsible for the warrantless illegal entries in your personal property as well as gaslighting. Planning these attacks specifically designed for each targeted individual goes back to local fusion centers. Information is collected at these fusion centers and after it has been analyzed a personal attack is engineered and designed for each targeted individual.
These low level community watch groups, citizens on patrol, etc. are quick sellouts and usually work for petty gift cards, other minor allowances, or just for free. Members of these neighborhood watch groups are generally part timers who do this on the side with their daily jobs.
Make no mistake, this is a complete assault on human rights and personal rights. This does not stop with vehicle harassment, this is a vicious assault on reputation and character. Slander is huge with these perpetrators. These government agencies as well as the police should be using these resources to target pedophiles and actual homeland threats instead of innocent citizens.

Several purposes to this video:
One point I want to make to those who are not victims is to illustrate to you this violation of human rights exists and functions on a daily basis right in front of you. It is amazing what the naked eye does not see.
Also,one of the key components of gang stalking is government disinformation, plain and simple. Civilian spies, snitches, etc... who have no prior training whatsoever who are involved with this illegal surveillance are used to help with stalking and monitoring innocent people. Also involved are informants performing these illegal services in exchange for early release from prison. Many large corporations have these underground programs they use as well as weapons for revenge against whistleblowers. Gang stalking can be found in every level of society. People of all ages, genders, and race participate. Participants in this community harassment agenda work in every occupation, from police officers to waitresses to doctors. No place is immune to these criminal activities. These crimes can take place anywhere.

I was watching the news a few days ago and a member of the sheriffs department was speaking about home invasions in Southeast Guilford County NC. In his own words he stated “we are preventing the crime that is preventable”. Again this is drumming up fear. They flashed and referred to a community watch sign during this interview. These and other tactics are fear tactics into tricking people into going along with this illegal harassment. Again the key words here are preventing what is preventable. Programming fear is destroying this country.
There is no doubt the InfraGard is the modern day COINTELPRO. Every working department has been infiltrated with informants “stitches” etc. and is not limited to but includes the police department-doctors-postal workers-waitresses-those who work in education-the list goes on and on. Checkups with CEO’s of corporations and university presidents is just the beginning. Compilation of these target lists is being abused at unheard levels. This disposition matrix is not just for foreign threats anymore. It is being used to unfairly and unjustly persecute innocent citizens.
Ted Gunderson is a hero and his testimony stating COINTELPRO never ended cost him his life. There is overwhelming evidence the InfraGard is the new and improved COINTELPRO.

My personal experience with Gangstalking, the Freemasons, etc. How it began, those involved, their motive, the way the gang stalking program works. Also known as Fair Game in Scientology, and Zersetzung in 70s and 80s East Germany (commited by the Stasi), some also call it the Silent Dagger / the Secret Dagger / the White Glove Treatment.
