Songs are often getting shorter overall—maybe the younger generation’s attention span is fading. But I still love it when a beat just rolls out, like in Dre’s “Diary.” That nice little trumpet at the end really hits. I just like it if there's room for music in a rap song. Can you recommend songs like this?

Are you solely wanting songs where the instrumental plays out? No talking or anything else on the outro?
First couple songs that come to mind are Let Me Ride Club Mix, Puffin On Blunts and Drankin Tanqueray mix from the single, Mo Cheese (which is the 4 The Love of Money fade out intrumental). They separated it into two tracks, but it's basically the instrumental outro.

Snoop Dogg - Ready 2 Ryde ft. Eve
this might have thought as a final track to The Last Meal at first because Snoop keeps making shout outs to people, dre, master p, eastsidaz, scott storch, dmx, goldie loc, lil hd for fucking 2 minutes but scott storch beat is so fucking dope in the background and you dont want it to end.

Eastsidaz - Let's Go ft. Nate Dogg (OG version without Dj EZ Dicc)

Jedi Mind Tricks - Razorblade Salvation feat. Shara Worden
Stoupe on production. Great song. On the outro keyboardist Scott Stallone makes great things with piano and organs.
