"Alphabet Soup" is on Phife's Ventilation: Da LP that came out in 2000 (I'm assuming it's the same song).

But I gotta check out "The Realness".   :D

Yep, the realness is quite a tight track... the style of the flow kinda takes me back a few years....smooth flow, nice lyrics, old skool beat with nice overlay.

Well i like it anyway ;)
