My top favorite heist films are as follows;

Thief - 1982 Starring James Caan and Wille Nelson.
The Master Touch - 1972 starring Kirk Douglas, Florinda Bolkan and Giuliano Gemma.
Grand Slam - 1967 Klaus Kinski and Janet Leigh.
Heist - 2001 starring Danny DeVito, Gene Hackman and Rebecca Pidgeon.

Grand Slam is the best. It's a masterpiece but it's Illuminati influenced. Here's the trailer -
