He bought advertising on MTV, that's how.
There was questionable legal ownership of the songs so they were tied up in litigation. Until it was settled, he continued to release the albums.

Ijs that the tracks i look for are not on youtube or on any other (solo) albums...

The 3 albums in question can be had for $1-2 each on discogs.com. Imo buy them and post them :P
That said, there is a reason Trapp plastered 2Pac and Biggie's names all over his releases and tried to capitalize on the posthumous hype, or the established fame of well-known artists by bootleg releasing their songs. I would bet my right liver none of those "bonus" tracks are worth a damn.
