you're tripping man, that footage is not rare at all--it was shown regularly on MTV January 2000 on their show "Making of the Video" for the 2nd single from Em and Dre "Forgot About Dre". 

They put a totally unnecessary Hittman cameo at the end of the video, and showed the recording of it, and obviously Hittman never ended up even dropping an album on Aftermath
