i never able to find some dope music sounds like early 2000s west coast rap music.
do you know any new artists and new albums have production like JR Rotem, Scott Storch, Hi-Tek, Warren-g, Fredwreck, etc...
i'm tired of hearing trap or boom bap.

Not many come to mind. NHale, Doggystylee and Deezy Hollow maybe the closest.
Last few albums that had the 00s west coast sound a bit to me were
D3 the Rocstar & Kokane - the first milli
Sporty & Suga Free - street communion
Suga free and Yelohill - Suga Hill

I feel like some new artists aim for a similar sound: most of G Perico, Slim 400, Joe Moses, RJmrLA, Young Drummer Boy or YeloHill's early works sound very influenced by late 90's/early 00's West Coast music. Maybe Dezzy Hallow if u looking for some more chill vibes
