Pretty nice. Daz signed the insert and CD. Didn't sign the front of the insert this time like he did with the Chronic, so only got 2 Daz autographs this time, but it's still cool. No Kurupt auto, i know early on he was advertising both him and Kurupt were signing it, later he changed it to just him. Dunno if anyone got in early enough to get one with a Kurupt auto or if there are even any out there. The inside of the shipper envelope did smell like weed slightly. I smelled the Dr Dre envelope from the Chronic when i first got it and didn't smell anything. I watched his IG story where he had a pile of Dogg Food CDs he was signing and he was smoking up the whole room, so i thought there was a good chance this one would smell and sure enough it did, so that was a nice little bonus.
I've been too nervous to play either CD as i'm afraid it might ruin the signature on the CD, but to my knowledge, there aren't any audio differences between his version and the standard version.

Why not? I am a fan and have always liked Daz music and like him or not, he produced a lot of big important tracks in the history of Westcoast music. Always been a massive Death Row fan. These guys do not sign much. I bought the autographed copy of Missionary from Snoop too. These Daz signatures are all personalized with my name as well. If Kurupt or Soopafly were doing the same, i would buy an autographed copy of their albums too. Kurupt almost died this year, Nate already gone. Never know how much longer these guys gonna be around. We are all getting older.
They are 40 bucks, big deal. That is nothing to me. Literally people on here whining about 40.00 like that is gonna break them. Bunch of people on here collect all sorts of physical copies of music and memorabilia. More power to you. I enjoy this kind of stuff.

these are some half bootleg half fan made releases.
thats why the question.
looks like even daz aint respect the source material with these.

I get it...i mean, it's his own albums he was a part of, so I don't really look at these as 'bootlegs' per se. But regardless, I'm buying them mainly for the personalized autographs. They are going to look nice all framed up if I decide to go that route. I have about 10 different versions of The Chronic and several versions of Dogg Food, so believe me, I wasn't buying the CDs for the music to actually listen to them.
Again, all depends on your fandom. Literally, his music, either his vocals, production, or instrumentation, etc. has been the soundtrack to my life. I started listening to the Chronic as a freshman in high school. All of my vacations, workouts, driving to work daily for 30 years, literally nearly every day of my life i've listened to music Daz has either made, produced, or influenced in some way. It's a big deal to me. I don't think he's ever offered a personalized autograph opportunity ever. It's not like these rappers go and do comic shows or other things like celebrities do where they sit and sign hundreds of thousands of autographs in a weekend where you have to pay hundreds of dollars for an autograph and a picture. Not like these sports stars who sign thousands of autographs for sports cards you can buy. I'm still suspicious of my Snoop autograph that it may have been done by autopen, I know Daz has sat and signed all of these himself. To me well worth the 40.00.

How about 'sorry i doubted you, sorry for accusing you of not telling the truth' Whether you agree with my decision to purchase them or not. One thing i've always been on here is straight with everyone. I'm one of the OGs of the forum, if I say or post something on here, it's the truth. The mark of a true man is having the guts to admit when they were wrong.

lmao calm down it's not even that serious
ur known for trolling so u can't get sensitive when people assume u might be trolling
if u need an apology for someone questioning whether youre trolling or not then that sounds like a personal issue
u buying these actually upsets me in other ways because now i see you have money to spend and are willing to buy hard copies of stuff that you won't even listen to so it's clearly not for the music lol
but enjoy these scams brother :ohwell:

Hey, no one is getting upset, but like I said, be a man and admit you were wrong, and move on, it's your rep. No sweat off my back either way. We're still cool. Like i said, it's not for the music, it's for the autographs. I thought i made that clear already. I already have many many copies of the music.
How are these a scam? I'm getting exactly what was advertised, an autographed copy of an album Daz is sending out. I'm actually getting more than advertised because i'm getting 2 or 3 autographs per CD instead of the advertised one auto. I still don't understand the intense hate for a westcoast legend on this 'Westcoast" forum. Why do you want to see this man fail or fall so badly?
To me, a waste of money or scam is paying thousands of dollars for a "Daz verse" to put on some random album he never intentionally recorded for or with anyone so some producer can say they produced a Daz song and say "Daz was on my album" even though they never spent one second in the studio 'producing' Daz on anything. But hey, i never called anyone out or wasted time posting something like that for such a ridiculous scenario. Clintdogg used to do that shit and we clowned him mercilessly, now I see it happening again.
Like i said, to each his own, let me spend my money on Daz things I feel I would like to have, and you can spend your money on Daz things you feel are important to you. Either way man, we're both still fans at the end of the day. Support the artists, right? That's what you told everyone when RBX dropped, we should all buy the physicals even though the audio was readily available for free everywhere online. So don't knock others when we're supporting a fellow artist as well.

dude i don't wana see daz fail, he's a good friend of mine .. im just letting u in on the fact that he himself is laughing at yall buying these lol .. no biggie, one thing i genuinely respect about daz is that he doesn't take things serious
i didn't pay daz a dollar for working with him and i know all of the dpg fam personally btw, so not sure if u tryna be slick n take shots at me there by bringing up clint dogg.. actually i am sure, but let's nip that in the bud right quick and corrrct that lie u tryna subtly put out there.. speakin of being owed an apology 8)
enjoy your ms paint cover in home printed daz albums tho .. we invested real money in rbx album artwork and made sure to put out a real product on quality cds, not just a cash grab .. and you know the person who put them out personally ... andddd they came with an autograph too ;)

Thank you...I appreciate you, and everything you do to keep the site running and your interaction with all of us here, truly I do.
I respect your hustle. I'm just not a big RBX fan. That's all there is to it, i'm not hating on you for making an album. Props for attempting to resurrect his career and get him up and running again. It's a nice thing you did for a legend. I just personally don't have any interest in an RBX autograph. Just like i'd have no interest in a Keith Murray autograph, or a Jayo Felony autograph. It's nothing personal, just not part of my fandom. Please don't take it personally that I decided to spend my money on a Daz autograph or a Snoop autograph and not an RBX autograph, just personal preference.
I don't understand you say you're good friends with Daz and you want him to succeed. Then in the same breath, you're saying he's scamming people, laughing at his fans behind their backs. Trying to create some sort of animosity between Daz and his fans. Do you see how that could potentially take money away from Daz if someone truly believed what you are saying? And if that's even true, why would you put that out there if you two are indeed friends?

Did U bought the New death row version of dogg food too?!
From Snoop?!

like i said daz doesn't take things too serious .. so even me speakin on the facts about his lil hustle won't bother him .. these dpg cats can talk shit about each others kids one day and make an album together the next ..... you think me being honest about this hustle matters to him? i believe in keepin it real 🤷♂️

Yeah, unless there is something different audio wise or extra feature or autograph or something, then i most likely will not.

The Missionary CDs were definitely not autopenned, but the rumor is they were signed by people who were not Snoop. That said, when people tried to return them for a fake signature, the record.company swore up and down they were real. Also, he was selling signed copies of his latest album and in the video, the signature was very close to how Missionary was signed. I also saw a video of him signing a wine bottle in the same style. It wasn't the signature style he had previously used, but he has switched his signature a few times over his career. So who knows?
